Dr. Whitley is a board certified orthodontist and has great experience in early treatment, conventional orthodontics with ceramic-clear braces and metal braces. He is well trained in treatment of TMJ problems and orthognathic surgical treatment needs. He always strives to achieve excellent board quality results that will last a lifetime.
He loves being conservative in his treatment plans, thereby attempting to avoid extractions, and create simple orthodontic plans with great results at affordable prices. Dr. Whitley works hard to create beautiful smiles and a great functional bite that last a lifetime for you!

TRADITIONAL METAL BRACES
Most common type of braces. Small and comfortable. With metal braces, you have the option of adding colored elastics (rubber bands) for a more unique and colorful smile.
CERAMIC ESTHETIC BRACKETS
Esthetic brackets are a great choice for older teens and adults. They look great and the brackets do not stain.

Dr. Whitley was born and raised in Baton Rouge. He proudly attended LSU for undergradutate, dental school as well as his orthodontic training. He loves Orthodontics and excited to create gorgeous, long lasting smiles for the past 29 years right in his home town.

Beth has been with Dr. Whitley for 18 years. She is a proud mom to 2 sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. She is also involved with the youth program at church.

Melinda has been with Dr. Whitley for 15 years. She is a proud mom to 2 daughters and a son. She is also the proud grandmother to 3 grandsons and 4 granddaughters. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She is also involved with her church activities.

Ashley has been assisting Dr. Whitley for 17 years. She is a proud mom to a son and a daughter. In her spare time she likes to take hiking trips with her husband and family and watch her son play school sports.

Dana has been with Dr. Whitley for 29 years. She is the proud mom to 2 sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband watching their boys in extracurricular activities. She is also involved with her church activities.

Bettie has been with Dr. Whitley for over 20 years. She is the proud mom to 3 daughters. She is also the proud grandmother to 4 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. In her spare time she enjoys going out to eat with her husband and spending time with family.
